转移相关蛋白2和基质金属蛋白酶-7在结肠癌中的表达及其意义

Expression and significance of metastasis associated protein 2 and matrix metalloproteinase-7 in colorectal cancer

目的探讨转移相关蛋白2（MTA2）和基质金属蛋白酶-7（MMP-7）在结肠癌中的表达及其意义。方法选取本院2012年1月～2014年12月的60例结肠癌标本作为观察组，选取30例结肠癌旁组织作为对照组。应用免疫组化SP法检测MTA2、MMP-7蛋白在结肠癌与癌旁组织中的表达情况以及在肿瘤不同分化程度、不同临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及远处转移情况下的表达水平。结果MTA2和MMP-7在结肠癌中的阳性表达与分组、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。MTA2和MMP-7在结肠癌中的阳性表达率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论MTA2和MMP-7与结肠癌的恶性程度有关，对结肠癌的侵袭转移起促进作用，能够参与结肠癌的发展过程，可作为判断结肠癌预后评估的参考指标。

Objective To explore expression and significance of metastasis associated protein 2 （MTA2） and matrix metalloproteinase -7 （MMP-7） in colorectal cancer. Methods 60 cases of colorectal cancer specimen from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,30 cases of eoloreetal cancer adjacent tissues were selected as the control group.Expression condition of MMP-7 and MTA2 protein in colorectal cancer and adjacent tissues and its expression level in different degree of differentiation,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive expression of MTA2 and MMP-7 in eolorectal cancer was related to the grouping,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of MTA2 and MMP-7 in colorectal cancer （P〉0.05）. Conclusion MTA2 and MMP-7 are related to the malignant degree of eolorectal cancer,which can promotes the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer and it is involved in the development of colorectal cancer,can be used as a reference index for evaluating the prognosis of coloreetal cancer.
