临床不合理用药的药学干预分析

Analysis of pharmaceutical intervention on clinical irrational drug use

目的探讨临床不合理用药的药学干预效果。方法 在2015年1-10月我院实施药学干预后所收治的患者中随机选取30例作为观察组,同时在2014年1-12月未实施药学干预时所收治的患者中随机选取30例患者,作为对照组,观察比较两组患者的不合理用药情况。结果 观察组患者的不合理用药发生率为20.0%,对照组患者的不合理用药发生率为56.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在临床治疗过程中通过药学干预,可有效降低临床不合理用药的发生率,提高临床用药的科学性、合理性,有效避免因临床不合理用药对患者造成的伤害。

Objective To explore the pharmaceutical intervention effect on clinical irrational drug use. Methods 30 patients admitted into our hospital from January to October 2015 were randomly selected after pharmaceutical intervention as observation group.Another group of 30 patients admitted into our hospital who were not provided with pharma- ceutical intervention from January to December 2014 was randomly selected as control group.The condition of irrational drug use was compared between two groups, Results In the observation group,the incidence of irrational drug use was 20.0%,while in the control group,the rate was 56.7%,with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention can effectively decrease the incidence of irrational drug use,improve the scientific and rational clinical use of drugs,and effectively avoid injuries on patients due to clinical irrational drug use.
