脑动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗术围术期护理措施

Perioperative nursing measures of embolization treatment in endovascular cerebral aneurysms

目的 探讨脑动脉瘤患者血管内栓塞治疗围手术期护理干预效果。方法 选择我院2013年5月-2015年5月收治的50例行血管内栓塞治疗的脑动脉瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期全面护理,对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组康复率为84.0%,对照组康复率为32.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组术后并发症发生率及半年后颅内再出血发生率均低于对照组,而住院时间、症状消失时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;术后观察组GCS评分明显优于对照组,且观察组家属满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 对脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术治疗患者给予围术期全程护理有助于患者得到良好的栓塞治疗效果。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing effects of interventional embolization treatment in endovascular of patients with cerebral aneurysms. Methods 50 patients with cerebral aneurysms,wbo conducted intravascular embolization treatment,from May 2013 to May 2015 of our hospital were selected as study object.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table and each group was 25 cases.Patients in control group was given routine nursing and patients in observation group was given perioperative nursing care in an all-round way.The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate in observation group and control group were respectively 84.0% and 32.0%,and the difference was statistical significance when compared between two groups （P〈0.05）;Both of the incidence rate of postoperative complications and incidence of intracranial bleeding again within half a year in observation were lower than that of control group,the hospital stay and symptoms disappeared time were shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance when compared between two groups （P〈0.05）;The GCS score in observation group was obvious better than that of control group after op- eration and family satisfaction in observation group was obvious higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance when compared between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using perioperative nursing care in an all-round way for cerebral aneurysms interventional embolization patients,can help patients to get better embolization treatment effects.
