上海高速公路三渣现场冷再生工程应用研究

摘要 从"三渣基层旧料现场冷再生"入手,依托G1501大修工程,对三渣铣刨料级配、室内材料配比、现场试验段施工进行研究。研究表明:二次铣刨可以使三渣铣刨料更均匀且级配粒径满足规范要求;经室内试验测得三渣再生旧料的最佳含水量为9.4%,最大干密度为2.145 g/cm^3,且在最佳含水量及4.5%水泥掺量下三渣再生混凝土的7 d抗压强度满足要求;根据室内试验结果铺筑试验路,经测试现场材料的含水量、抗压强度等符合设计要求。 For using three slags base layer cold in-place recycling,this paper studied the gradation of three slags base reclaimed material,,indoor mixture proportion,field test section construction based on G1501 Highway rehabilitation.The study showed that:twice milling procedure can improve the evenness of three slag milling material and help the grading sizes meet the requirements of the specification;Through indoor tests the optimum water content of three slag reclaimed material was measured at 9.4%,the maximum dry density is measured at 2.145 g/cm^3,7 d compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam with the optimum water content and4.5%of cement content met the requirements;Paving test road according to the results of laboratory test,the test material moisture content,compressive strength,etc.met the design requirements.
