浅谈高速公路养护需求及其应用

针对公路养护工作系统性、连贯性较弱等问题,指出根源在于未明确贯穿公路养护始终的本质——养护需求,揭示了围绕养护需求开展工作的优势,随后以实例分析了养护需求三要素即类别、部位和程度的内涵,提供了养护需求的识别方法,最后给出了公路养护的一体化管理的途径——养护需求台账管理法。

Aimed to improve the weakness in systematization and coherence of highway maintenance,this paper points out that the root of the problems stem from the lack of understanding of the nature of maintenance——demands of the maintenance,and it explained the advantages of the approaches of different approaches for maintenance.Then the three elements of the maintenance requirement-category,position,and level,were analyzed with examples,the the basic advantages of its application were revealed and the method of its recognition was provided.In the end,the idea of the integration in managing of highway maintenance was put forward——the book-keeping management of highway maintenance.
