产学研协同创新互动模式分析

Comparative Analysis on the Interactive Model of I-U-R Collaborative Innovation

产学研协同创新是推动科技发展的驱动力。针对我国现有的协同创新缺乏有效的实施模式,分析了人、财、物、信息等协同创新要素构成,并对协同创新主体之间契约式、嵌入式的互动方式进行了阐述。在此基础上提出了以契约式和嵌入式实现战略协同、知识协同、组织协同为内容的互动协同模式。通过案例阐释了互动协同创新模式的协同过程、管理方式及实际意义。最后,就如何形成产学研互动协同创新模式提出了相应的对策与建议,对于进一步促进我国产学研协同创新发展具有一定的参考价值。

I-U-R collaborative innovation is the driving force of technology development. There is a lack of effective implementation of collaborative innovation models in China. This paper analyzes the collaborative innovation components such as talents,property,subjects and information. It also analyzes the interactive modes of contractual and embedded ones between innovative subjects. The interactive collaborative model is constructed based on the above analysis,and it＇s the result of knowledge synergy,organization synergy and strategy synergy through contractual or embedded modes. It illustrates the collaborative process,the management course and the practical significance of the interactive model through case study.It also proposes some countermeasures for development of the collaborative innovation. The research findings are of certain value to the I-U-R collaborative innovation in China.
