职业教育校企合作难的根源及其对策研究——基于校企基本利益冲突视角

Sources and Countermeasures of School-Enterprise Cooperation Difficulties in Occupation Education—From the Perspective of Basic Interest Conflict Between School and Enterprise

校企合作中利益冲突的根源在于职业学校和企业的本质属性迥异、社会使命不同和利益诉求差异,与此同时,职业教育的"外部性"特征也是重要原因之一。校企合作难的焦点就在于国家要求企业来承担本属于国家的职业教育义务,却忽视了企业的正当利益诉求。要解决校企合作难的困境,国家应当肯定和尊重企业在校企合作中的正当商业利益诉求,对企业进行合理补偿,以构建校企合作利益共同体。

The source of interest conflicts in the School-enterprise cooperation is as follows： the vocational schools and enterprises have different nature,social mission and interest demands. At the same time as public goods the vocational education has externality characteristics. The focus of the current school- enterprise cooperation＇s difficulties in occupation education is that the nation forces the enterprises to provide the national occupation education,but ignore the enterprises＇ legitimate interests. In order to solve the difficult situation of school-enterprise cooperation and construct the interest community of school-enterprise cooperation the nation shall recognize and respect the enterprise＇s legitimate commercial interests in the school- enterprise cooperation,and compensate the enterprise＇s interests.
