急性冠脉综合征与髓过氧化物酶的临床诊断关联研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析髓过氧化物酶检测在急性冠脉综合征诊断中的临床意义,为寻求新的预测与诊断急性冠脉综合征方法提供指导性依据。选取接受治疗的经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病患者80例,根据疾病分型的不同分为急性冠脉综合征组(ACS)与稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组各40例,另选取同期就诊的40例非冠心病患者为对照组,通过酶联免疫吸附法测定三组的血清髓过氧化物酶水平。ACS组髓过氧化物酶水平均明显高于SAP组与对照组(P<0.05),而SAP组与对照组髓过氧化物酶水平相比未见明显差异(P>0.05)。急性冠脉综合征患者的血清髓过氧化物酶水平有明显增高,与疾病具有一定的关联性,因此,持续监测髓过氧化物酶水平对急性冠脉综合征的诊断具十分积极的意义,值得临床重视。
