左上侧切牙单根三根管治疗和修复:1例报告 被引量：2

Endodontic treatment and restoration of a maxillary lateral incisor with three canals:A case report

摘要 报告1例罕见的上颌侧切牙单根三根管的临床病例。30岁女性患者因自觉左上侧切牙咬合痛6个月就诊,X线片示左上侧切牙根尖阴影明显及三根管影像。重行3根管的治疗后,全瓷冠修复以防止牙折。 The left lateral incisor with occlusal soreness of a 30-year old female was examined and treated. Radiographic examination revealed periradicular radiolucency around the apical and 3 canals. The 3 root canals were treated by root canal therapy,the tooth was restored by all-ceramic crown for the prevention of fracture. 12 month follow-up showed that the treatment was effective.
