摘要
通过正交试验优化端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)-异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)粘结剂体系各组分的配比,实现了在室温条件下制备聚氨酯弹性体。研究了不同固化参数R值(n(NCO)∶n(OH))和扩链剂对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:优化配方后,当R值等于1.2时聚氨酯弹性体具有良好的力学性能,拉伸强度达到4.10 MPa,断裂伸长率达到825%,硬度为58(邵A)。室温固化制备的聚氨酯弹性体的拉伸性能与国外高温固化条件下的同类产品性能相当。
The ratio of each components of the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)-isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) binder system was optimized by orthogonal test, and a polyurethane elastomer was prepared at room temperature. The influence of different R values(n(NCO):n(OH)) and chain extender on the mechanical properties of the polyurethane elastomer were studied. The results show that after optimizing the formula, when the R value is 1.2, the polyurethane has good mechanical properties. The tensile strength, elongation at break, and hardness(Shore A) are 4.10 MPa, 825%, and 58, respectively. The tensile properties of the polyurethane elastomer prepared at room temperature are similar to the foreign products cured at high temperature.
