摘要
通过建立变压器油纸绝缘系统的均一绝缘介质电路模型,仿真分析了模型参数变化引起的回复电压及极化谱特征参量的变化。仿真结果表明,极化谱的回复电压最大值Urmax与主时间常数tpeak可用来诊断变压器油纸绝缘系统的绝缘状况。通过改变几何等值电路和极化等值电路参数值仿真变压器油纸绝缘系统不同的绝缘状况,并使用Urmax与tpeak进行诊断,为油纸绝缘系统状态的评估提供了新的思路。
The uniform dielectric circuit model of transformer oil-paper insulation system was built to analyze the change of recovery voltage and characteristic parameters of the polarization spectrum caused by the change of model parameters. The simulation results show that the maximum of recovery voltage(Urmax) and the main time constant(tpeak) of polarization spectrum could be used to diagnose the insulation state of transformer oil-paper insulation system. The different insulation conditions of transformer oil-paper insulation system were simulated by changing the parameters of geometric equivalent circuit and polarization equivalent circuit, and then the Urmaxand tpeakwere used to diagnose the insulation state,which provided a new idea for diagnosing the oil-paper insulation state.
