微创穿刺与开颅治疗高血压脑出血疗效观察

摘要 观察微创穿刺与开颅治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。将收治的80例高血压脑出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组用开颅手术进行治疗,观察组采用软通道微创穿刺进行治疗。对照组治疗后日常生活活动能力(81.20±10.80)分和神经功能缺损评分(8.20±2.66)分,均优于对照组的(50.30±6.20)分和(17.50±4.10)分。微创穿刺对高血压脑出血治疗效果显著,能够尽快地清除血肿,缓解脑受压状况,值得临床推广使用。
