摘要
探索大学生心理健康教育的新途径是高校教育者努力的方向,成对样本T检验,发现在SCL-90量表总分、强迫症状、人际敏感方面存在极显著的差异(P<0.001),在其余各项都具有显著差异(P<0.05),素质拓展训练对促进大学生心理健康有非常显著的效果。高校可探索将形式新颖,内容丰富,体验性强的素质拓展训练纳入心理健康教育教学体系中,提高大学生心理健康教育的实效性。
Explore the new way that college students' psychological health education is the direction of the university educators try to, Paired sample T test, found in SCL-90 scale score, forcing symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, there is a very significant difference(P〈0.001), the rest all have significant differences(P〈0.05), to promote college students' mental health diathesis developing training has a significant effect. Colleges and universities to explore the form is novel, rich in content, experiential strong quality developing training into the teaching of psychological health education system, improve the teaching quality of college students' psychological health education.
