乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响因素及护理干预分析

The Influence Factors of Patients with Hepatitis B Antiviral Treatment Adherence and Nursing Intervention Analysis

目的对乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响因素进行分析,并对其护理干预措施加以探讨。方法选取我院2013年4月～2014年4月收治的84例乙肝患者作为研究对象,对其展开问卷调查,以了解影响其抗病毒治疗依从性的因素。按随机数字表法将患者分成实验组与对照组,实验组予以常规护理干预,在此基础之上,对对照组患者予以综合性护理干预,并对其护理效果进行观察。结果影响抗病毒治疗依从性的因素主要有：11例对治疗缺乏信心,19例擅自停药,14例对药物有质疑,7例经济因素,19例对相关知识的了解不足,14例其他因素;而对患者采取护理干预后,对照组患者的依从率（90.0%）高于实验组（69.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论影响乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的因素较多,在这种情况下,对乙肝患者实施综合性护理干预措施,可提高治疗依从性,值得推广应用。

Objective To antiviral treatment in hepatitis B patients compliance influencing factors analysis, and explore the nursing intervention measures. Methods In our hospital in April 2013 April 2014 were 84 cases of hepatitis B patients as the research object, the expansion questionnaire, in order to understand the impact of the antiviral treatment compliance factors. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into case group and control group, the division to be routine nursing intervention, on this basis, to the patients of control group were to be comprehensive nursing intervention, and to observe the effect of nursing.Results Of anti-virus treatment compliance are the main factors： 11 cases of to cure Lack of confidence in the treatment, 19 cases without stopping, 14 cases doubts about drugs, 7 cases of economic factors, 19 cases of knowledge related to the lack of understanding, 14 cases of other factors; and the patients take care intervention, the rate of compliance of patients in control group（90.0%） was higher than that of case group（69.0%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There have many factors affect the conclusion of antiviral treatment in hepatitis B patients compliance. In this case, for patients with hepatitis B implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures, can improve the treatment compliance, it is worth vigorously pursued.
