摘要
温升作为断路器的考核指标之一,对断路器的性能有着重要影响。笔者以某型4000A直流断路器为研究对象,通过对热源激励和传热规律进行分析后建模,经ANSYS热电耦合仿真获得了断路器的稳态温度场分布,并与试验结果对比基本吻合。随后,分析了散热器材质和触头接触电阻对断路器温度场的影响,该项研究成果对断路器的热力设计具有一定的参考意义。
As one of the indicators of circuit breaker for performance check, temperature rise has an important influence on the performance of the circuit breaker. Regarding a 4000A DC circuit breaker as the research object and building a model afier making a analysis about heat source and heat transfer law, the author obtains the steady-state temperature .field distribution of the circuit breaker by thermoelectric coupling simulation based on ANSYS. The simulation analysis is consistent with the test results by comparison. Then, the author analyzes the influence of the temperature field of a circuit breaker from the material of the heat sink and contact resistance, which will have certain reference significance jor the thermal design of the circuit breaker.
