摘要 针对硬岩掘进机滚刀载荷、刀盘转速以及刀具布局问题,综合考虑滚刀破岩运动形式和破岩机理,应用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了滚刀回转切削模型.与线性切削模型相比,该模型可以更加真实地模拟滚刀工作情况,利用试验数据验证仿真模型的正确性与可行性.在此基础上,研究了滚刀侧向力与安装半径的关系,以及滚刀载荷、比能与操作参数的关系,分析了相邻滚刀在两种布置情况下的载荷变化.结果表明:滚刀侧向力随着安装半径变小而变大;滚刀的垂直力和滚动力随刀盘转速增加而增大,并且转速和切深之间存在最优的组合关系.最后,改进滚刀的安装形式;结合等磨损的原则,提出了内侧滚刀超前外侧滚刀的布置方法. In terms of the problem of the cutter load,cutter-head rotating speed and the cutter layout,nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS was employed to establish disc cutter rotating cutting model,which considered the cutter's movement and the rock breaking mechanism. Compared with the linear cutting model,this model could simulate the working conditions of the cutter more authentically and was proved to be correct and feasible by the test data. On this basis,the relationship between the lateral force and the installation radius of cutter was studied;the relationship between cutter load,specific energy and operating parameters was also studied;change of adjacent cutters' load was analyzed under the two arrangements. The results show that cutter's lateral force becomes larger as the installation radius becomes smaller;cutter's vertical force and rolling force increase gradually with the increasing rotating speed and there exits an optimal combination between rotating speed and penetration. Lastly,the installation form of cutter was improved;combined with the principle of equal wear,the layout method of inner cutter advancing outer cutter was proposed.
