摘要
旨在研究一种新的三部脉象采集方法,同时利用统计学知识讨论寸、关、尺脉象的关联性.使用一种新的中医三部脉象仪,能够高采样率、高精度地采集寸、关、尺三部脉象数据,通过去噪和基线纠漂进行信号的预处理,在时域和频域上进行多个特征参数的提取,通过实验和对实验数据的分析探究三部脉象最佳取脉压力之间的相互关系以及单点压力变化时对于其他点脉象信息的影响,并将这一影响关系进行量化.对已知的'掌弓旁路效应'、'取脉压组效应'以及桡动脉血管模型进行了验证,并在此定性的基础上给出了量化的结论,也为脉象的成因进行了有益的探讨.
A new instrument was designed in order to find a new method for collecting cun-guan-chi pulse signals. The cun-guan-chi pulse acquisition system was designed with pulse sensors which were combined in a way to solve the problem of space limitation. A single chip microcomputer called ADu C 845 was used in the control system. Signals were preprocessed by removing noise and baseline remedy. Time domain parameters and frequency domain parameters were extracted by some new methods. A new vascular model was established to study the best pulse pressure. According to the analysis data, the interaction effect between cun-guan-chi was preliminarily quantified. Palm bow bypass effect,pressure taken resistance effect and artery blood vessel model were verified. With the quantification of the relationship, pressure control in cun-guan-chi pulse collection will be more scientific, which can better objectify the pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
