摘要
汽车过滤器系统与冷凝系统总成结构复杂,压铸工艺要求高,浇排系统设计难度大。经过多次论证将浇口设计在油滤器位置,计算了冲头直径,并利用MAGMA对压铸过程的填充时间和气压进行分析与模拟,确定了排溢系统的最终方案。根据该方案设计的压铸模具,产品一次性浇注成功,合格率达到90%。
Auto filter system and condensate system assembly is complex in its structure, the requirements of casting process are high, the design of runner and exhaust system is difficult. After several arguments, the gate is designed to be located in the oil filter. We calculate the punch diameter, analyze and simulate the filling time and air pressure of the die casting process by using MAGMA and determine the final scheme. The product was produced successfully and the qualified rate reaches 90% with the die casting die.
