Correct Understanding of Machining Location and Casting Location to Promote Optimization of Casting Process

铸造工艺设计时在对铸件划线、加工定位工艺进行分析后,采取了合理的铸造定位工艺,即适当增加精确定位芯头,从而提高定位精度,促进铸造工艺优化。最终使得铸造毛坯更适合加工,确保了产品质量得到有效的提升。

During the casting process design, after the analysis of casting lineation, machining process, the reasonable casting location, namely properly increasing precise positioning core head was taken, consequently to improve the positioning accuracy, and promote the optimization of casting technology. Finally the castings are more suitable for processing, the quality of the products are effectively improved.
