仿生密度激励的摩擦振动对摩擦学特征的影响

摘要 利用ABAQUS仿真模拟往复式摩擦副干摩擦特性,提取摩擦过程中的速度特征,以振动烈度来量化摩擦振动,分析了仿生密度所激励出的摩擦振动对摩擦学特征值的影响。结果表明,由同一种密度的仿生副所产生的摩擦振动、温度、摩擦应力、磨损深度都具有相同的效果,振动烈度—摩擦学特征值曲线呈递增趋势,合理的仿生密度可以起到减振、消磨、降温的作用。 The dry friction characteristics of reciprocating friction were simulated by ABAQUS. The speed characteristics were extracted and friction vibration is quantified by the vibration intensity during friction process. Effects of friction vibration excited by bionic density on tribological characteristics were analyzed. The results indicated that these effects were excited by same density bionic vice were the same,such as friction vibration,temperature,friction stress and wear depth.The curve trend of vibration intensity- tribological characteristics was increasing. So,reasonable bionic density can play damping,spend,cooling.
