摘要
分析深圳港港口枢纽能力有下滑趋势、高端航运服务发展滞后、港城协同度不高及政府作用需要加强等主要问题,认为:深圳港要利用九大有利条件,将自身定位调整为"深圳国际航运中心",并从提高港口枢纽能力、航运服务能力、港城协同能力和政府支撑能力等4个方面,提出建设"深圳国际航运中心"的建议。
Following main problems existing in Shenzhen Port such as operation declining capability, lagging high-end shipping service, loosing city and port cooperation efforts, and lower administration role of government are explored. Taken nine advantages,Port of Shenzhen should be fixed as Shenzhen International Shipping Center. The advices from the angles of improving port capacity, enhancing service level, raising port and city cooperation efforts, advancing government＇s role are presented.
