摘要
目的研究沙棘提取物中五羟色胺对糖尿病大鼠的脏器保护作用。方法高糖高脂饮食联合STZ造模糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为单用安慰剂组、单用五羟色胺组、沙棘提取物提取五羟色胺组,观察糖尿病大鼠一般状况、血糖血脂变化情况。结果模型组在分别给予沙棘提取物提取五羟色胺、单用五羟色胺后,与安慰剂组相比,2组指标变化情况趋势一致,如下。血糖下降(P<0.01),血脂下降(P<0.01),下丘脑五羟色胺含量上升(P<0.01),外周血五羟色胺含量下降(P<0.01),其中沙棘提取物提取五羟色胺组和单用五羟色胺组差别不明显,无统计学意义。结论沙棘提取物中五羟色胺具有通过降低糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂水平从而保护糖尿病大鼠脏器的作用。
Objective To observe 5-HT( 5-hydroxytryptamine) in seabuckthorn extract protect diabetic rats from organ injury. Methods Fed high sugar and high fat diet joint low-doses streptozotocin( STZ) build type Ⅱ diabetic rat model. The diabetic rats were randomly divided into the placebo group( group B),use of 5-HT group( group C) and use of seabuckthorn extract group( group D). After diabetic rats were dealt with different treatment methods,the changing of the general condition,blood sugar and blood fat levels in those diabetic rats were observed. Results The model group was given after feeding seabuckthorn extract or using 5-HT respectively,comparing with the placebo group,groups C and D variation tendency were consistent,as follows: the blood sugar( P〈0. 01) and blood lipid decreased( P〈0. 01),the hypothalamus 5-HT increased( P〈0. 01),the peripheral blood serum 5-HT levels decreased( P〈0. 01),of which the seabuckthorn extract group and 5-HT group difference were not obvious,there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Seabuckthorn extracts of 5-HT can protect diabetic rats from organ injury through decreasing diabetic rat's blood lipid and sugar levels.
