耳穴注药法治疗女性面肌痉挛60例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Auricular Point Injection in the Treatment of Female Hemifacial Spasm for 60 Cases

目的探讨耳穴注药对于面肌痉挛的临床治疗效果。方法选择本院非手术及其它方式治疗的女性面肌痉挛患者,对照组仅口服卡马西平治疗,观察组在口服卡马西平的基础上以维生素B1、维生素B12、苯巴比妥进行耳穴注药。结果观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.546,P<0.01)。结论耳穴注药法不仅充分发挥针刺、药物、穴位对经络的协同刺激作用,可以明显缓解面肌痉挛的症状,而且因治疗部位隐密,痛苦小,还满足了女性患者的爱美需求,达到较满意的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of auricular point injection in the treatment of female hemifacial spasm.Method Selecting female patients who don ＇t want to have an operation to treat their female hemifacial spasm or otherwise treated. The control group is only treated by orally taking carbamazepine. The observation group in addition to taking carbamazepine,receive auricular point injection therapy of vitamin B1,vitamin B12 and Phenobarbital. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there are statistically significant differences between the two groups（χ^2= 15. 546,p〈0. 01）. Conclusion The auricular point injection can not only give full play to the drug,acupuncture,acupoint stimulation for main and collateral channels,thereby significantly relieving hemifacial spasm symptoms and causing little pain with the additional benefit of the treatment site being secret,but also can satisfy the demand of female patients＇ desire for beauty,thus achieving satisfactory therapeutic effect.
