穴位刺激治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效观察与护理

Observation on the Effect of Point Stimulation in the Treatment of Intractable Hiccups and Nursing

目的观察攒竹穴位针刺配合胃复安针足三里注射治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效与护理措施。方法将60例呃逆病人用抽签法随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,治疗组采用针刺攒竹穴并胃复安针足三里注射治疗,对照组单用胃复安针足三里注射注射治疗。结果治疗组总有效率97%,对照组总有效率80%,经统计学处理P<0.05,具有高度显著性差异。结论攒竹穴位按压配合胃复安针足三里注射治疗呃逆见效快,总有效率高达97%,不易复发,无不良反应,治疗患者顽固性呃逆收到了满意效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Cuanzhu（ BL2） acupuncture combined with Zusanli（ ST36） metoclopramide injection in the treatment of intractable hiccups and nursing. Methods 60 cases of patients with hiccups were randomly divided into treatment group of30 patients and control group of 30 patients. The treatment group received acupuncture Cuanzhu（ BL2） and Zusanli（ ST36） metoclopramide injection. The control group was treated with metoclopramide Zusanli（ ST36） injection. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 97% and 80%,respectively,and there was statistically significant difference P〈0. 05. Conclusion Cuanzhu（ BL2） acupuncture combined with Zusanli（ ST36） metoclopramide injection in the treatment of intractable hiccups has quick effect,the total effective rate up to 97%,has less recurrence,no adverse reactions,and patients with intractable hiccups received satisfactory results.
