Experience of Chief Physician Liang Ruimin in Treating Ascites due to cirrhosis

目的总结梁瑞敏主任医师治疗肝硬化腹水的经验。方法通过跟师学习,总结所长。结果梁瑞敏主任医师认为"邪(毒)瘀成积,积损致虚,毒、瘀、虚博弈,肝脾肾受损,气血水失调"是肝硬化鼓胀腹水的基本病机,临床上主张以治病求本为基本治则。结论其治疗经验为:突出祛邪解毒、益气活血补虚之法;病、证结合,治病必求其本。

Objective To summarize the experience of Chief Physician Liang Ruimin in treating ascites due to cirrhosis. Methods By learning from teacher,the experience was summarized. Results Chief Physician Liang Ruimin thought that ＂ evil（ virus） and blood stasis lead to product,product leads to deficiency,poison,blood stasis and deficiency have conflict,which leads to liver spleen and kidney damaged,and qi and water are imbalance＂ is the basic pathogenesis of ascites due to cirrhosis,and claimed to cure the disease is the basic rule. Conclusion The therapeutic experience is as follows： prominent righting detoxification,blood stasis,tonifying method for treatment of ascites. Combining disease and syndrome,will seek medical treatment.
