HPLC法测定安乐片中阿魏酸的含量

Content Determination of Ferulic Acid in Anle Tablet by HPLC

目的建立安乐片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件：乙腈-1%醋酸（14：86）为流动相;流速：1.0 ml/min,检测波长：320nm。结果阿魏酸进样量在0.03648-0.32832μg范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9998;回收率在95.51-99.04%之间,RSD为1.61%。结论该方法稳定,结果准确。

Objective To develop a method for content determination of ferulic acid in Anle tablet. Method Using HPLC method,the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-1% acetic acid（ 14： 86）. The flow rate was 1. 0ml / min with the detection wavelength at 320 nm.Result The injection volume of ferulic acid was in the range of 0. 03648 - 0. 32832 μg. The linear relationship was good,r = 0. 9998.The recovery was between 95. 51 - 99. 04%. RSD was 1. 61%. Conclusion The method was stable,and the result was accurate.
