归肾丸加减治疗肾虚型月经过少病38例临床观察

Clinical observation on Modified Guishen Pill in the Treatment of Hypomenorrhea Disease of Kidney Deficiency for 38 Cases

目的观察归肾丸治疗肾虚型月经过少的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年1月—2014年9月门诊患者,选择符合纳入标准的肾虚型月经过少的患者68例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组予归肾丸加减治疗,对照组予补佳乐口服,观察2组的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后临床疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论归肾丸治疗肾虚型月经过少疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Guishen pill in the treatment of hypomenorrhea disease of kidney deficiency.Methods Selecting 68 cases of outpatients who met the inclusion criteria of hypomenorrhea menstruation of kidney deficiency in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The experimental group was given modified Guishen pill. The control group was treated with oral estradiol valerate. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed. Results There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment in the clinical effect. Conclusion Guishen pill in the treatment of hypomenorrhea has significantly curative effect.
