头皮针配合穴位封闭治疗小儿脑瘫上肢功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Research on Scalp Acupuncture combined with Acupoint Closed Treatment of Upper Limb Dysfunction of Infantile Cerebral Palsy

目的观察头皮针配合穴位封闭治疗小儿脑瘫上肢功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将152例伴有上肢功能障碍的脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各76例,两组患儿均给予基础治疗措施,治疗组在此基础上加用头皮针配合穴位封闭治疗。结果头皮针配合穴位封闭疗组的总有效率为90.79%,显著高于对照组的68.42%(P<0.05)。结论头皮针配合穴位封闭治疗小儿脑瘫上肢功能障碍具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction of infantile cerebral palsy. Method 152 cases of upper limb dysfunction of infantile cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 76 cases in each group. The two groups were given basic treatment measures. The treatment group used scalp acupuncture combined with acupoint injection on the basis of the basic treatment. Result The total effective rate of the scalp acupuncture combined with acupoint injection treatment group was 90. 79%,which was significantly higher than 68. 42% of the control group of（ P〈0. 05）. Concusion Scalp acupuncture combined with acupoint injection treatment has better clinical effect for treatment of upper limb dysfunction of infantile cerebral palsy,and is worthy of clinical application.
