邵氏无痛手法治疗臀上皮神经损伤30例观察

Shao's Painless Manipulation Therapy in the Treatment of Damage of Superior Clunial Nerves for 30 Cases

目的探讨邵氏无痛手法治疗臀上皮神经损伤的治疗效果。方法按照对腰部、臀部痛区、痛线的划分,确定手法治疗部位,对30例患者应用邵氏无痛手法进行治疗,治疗后再应用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）进行评分并比较临床疗效。结果经过0.5-1.2个疗程的治疗,总有效率：100%,总治愈率：93.33%。结论应用邵氏无痛诊疗法,摸位准确,手法得当,可收到良好疗效,并为臀上皮神经损伤的针对性诊疗提供思路。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shao ＇s painless manipulation therapy in treating the damage of superior clunial nerves. Methods After determining the manipulation treatment area according to the demarcation of the pain lines and areas in the waist and hip,thirty cases were treated by Shao＇s painless manipulation,scored by VAS,and the therapeutic effects were compared. Results After 0.5 to 1. 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 100%,and the total curative rate was 93. 33%. Conclusion Shao ＇s painless manipulation is effective in treating the damage of superior clunial nerves with the accurate location and proper manipulation,and provides ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of the damage of superior clunial nerves.
