中医护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Blood Glucose Control of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究中医护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病患者62例,运用随机分法分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组采用常规治疗护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上,施以中医全面护理,对比两组患者治疗后的血糖控制情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白控制情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者施以中医护理干预,可显著提高患者血糖控制效果,应在临床上加以推广和应用。

Objective To study the effect of TCM nursing on blood glucose control of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 62 cases of patients with diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with TCM nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control of the two groups was compared. Results Fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of TCM nursing intervention on the patients with diabetes can be significantly improved. It should be clinically popularized and applied.
