小儿再发性腹痛的研究近况

Recent Research on Infantile Recurrent Abdominal Pain

总结各种治疗小儿功能性腹痛的临床研究进展,分别从中西药内服、穴位贴敷、推拿按摩、针灸以及其他疗法等方面进行综述,前辈们在各种探索中取得了良好疗效,但也同时存在一些问题。笔者并经多年临床经验及疗效提出了神阙穴隔药(消瘰散)灸治疗小儿再发性腹痛研究是新的研究方向,此法疗效明显,复发率低,无明显不良作用,易于被家长及患儿接受的优势。

Progress on clinical studies in the treatment of infantile functional abdominal pain were summarized from oral administration of Chi- nese medicine and Western medicine, acupoint application, massage, acupuncture and moxibustion and other therapies, respectively. Prede- cessors achieved good effect in a variety of exploration, but there were some problems at the same time. Authors proposed that research on Shenque （RN8） drugs moxibustion （Xiaoluo powder） in the treatment of infantile recurrent abdominal pain research is a new research direction after years of clinical experience and the therapeutic effect. This method has obvious effect, low recurrence rate, and no significant side effects. This method has the advantage of being easy to be accepted by parents and children.
