摘要
为了分离筛选丁硫克百威农药的高效降解菌并对其降解产物进行分析,本研究从石河子大学农学院试验站采集土样15份,采用富集培养的方法筛选丁硫克百威降解菌,通过生理生化和分子生物学试验鉴定降解菌,应用高效液相色谱和质谱法检测分析其降解产物。结果表明:筛选得到1株丁硫克百威降解菌ZJ-11,将该菌株鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。此菌株可以在5 d内将浓度为500 mg/L的丁硫克百威降解53.72%。通过质谱分析确定其降解产物主要为克百威。
This study aimed to screen out the efficient degradation bacteria of carbosulfan and analyze its degradation products.A total of 15 soil samples were collected from the experimental station of Agriculture College in Shihezi University, and the enrichment culturing method was used to screen out the degradation bacteria of carbosulfan. In addition,t he degradation bacteria were identified by using the physiological, biochemical and molecular biological experiments methods,respectively. In the end, their degradation products were analyzed by using the high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrography(HPLC- MS/MS) method. The results showed that a strain of carbosulfan- degrading bacterium ZJ- 11 was screened out and which was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This degradation bacterium was able to degrade 53.72% of carbosulfan with 500mg/L concentration within 5 days and the degradation product was confirmed to be caobofuran after using mass- spectrography analysis.
