武汉城市圈高中体育教师职业倦怠检出率与特点的分析

Analysis of the Burnout Detection Rate and Characteristics of Sports Teacher in High School of Wuhan City Circle

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、SPSS与AMOS数理统计法,选取武汉"1+8"城市圈的高中体育教师为被试,编制适合本土化的《武汉城市圈高中体育教师职业倦怠调查问卷》,在检验该问卷适宜性的基础上进行统计分析。结果表明:1)《武汉城市圈高中体育教师职业倦怠调查问卷》具有良好的信度与效度,可以作为高中体育教师群体职业倦怠的测量工具;2)武汉城市圈高中体育教师职业倦怠以情绪衰竭维度检出率最为显著,"比较严重"程度高达66.6%;其次,低成就感维度检出率也较高,"比较严重"比例为60.2%、"非常严重"比例为32.5%;3)武汉城市圈高中体育教师职业倦怠在性别、学历、课程性质表现出显著性差异。

In order to know the burnout detection rate and characteristics of sports teacher in high school of Wuhan city circle, with the use of literature, questionnaire, SPSS and AMOS mathematical statistics, selecting the high school sports teacher of Wuhan ＂1 ＋ 8＂ City Circle as subjects, preparing for localization questionnaire of the burnout of high school sports teacher of Wuhan city circle, then doing statistical analysis on the basis of testing the suitability of the questionnaire. The results show that： 1）the questionnaire of the burnout of high school sports teacher of Wuhan city circle has a good reliability and validity, and it can be used as a tool of measuring high school sports teachers ＇ occupation burnout; 2）the Wuhan city circle high school sports teachers＇ occupation burnout in emotional exhaustion rate is the most significant, and the serious degree of up to 66.6%; the lower dimension detection rate is higher, and the more serious proportion is 60.2%, ＂very serious＂ ratio is 32.5%; 3）the gender, educational background and the nature of the course have witnessed significant differences on the sports teacher in high school of Wuhan city circle.
