新疆塔城地区哈、汉两民族居民膝骨性关节炎患病率的流行病学调查

Epidemiological Investigation of Knee Osteoarthritis of Kazak and Han Nationalities of Tacheng Prefecture of Xinjiang

目的:了解新疆塔城地区哈、汉两民族KOA的患病情况,藉以指导该地区两民族KOA的预防和治疗。方法:采用分层、多阶段、整群随机抽样的方式,以现场问卷调查与入户调查相结合的方法,随机抽取塔城地区哈、汉族常住居民进行KOA的普查。结果:共1029例对象进入结果分析;新疆塔城地区哈、汉族KOA的总患病率为37.7%,其中哈、汉两民族KOA的患病率分别为50.5%和27.5%(χ2=57.28,P<0.01);男、女性KOA的患病率分别为31.7%和43.4%(χ2=14.82,P<0.01);两民族KOA的患病率均随着年龄的增加而升高(χ2=8.53,P<0.05);上述因素与KOA的关联度分别具有民族差别>性别差别>年龄差别的特点。结论:新疆塔城地区哈、汉两民族KOA的总患病率较高;其中哈族高于汉族,女性高于男性,且随着年龄的增加而升高。差异均有统计学意义。

Objective： To understand the prevalence of knee osteoarthritis of Kazak and Han nationalities of Tacheng prefecture of Xinjiang,in order to guide the prevention and treatment of KOA for the two nations in the region. Methods： By using the method of layered,multi- stage cluster random sampling,to extract permanent residents of Kazak and Han nationalities of Tacheng prefecture of Xinjiang in the form of household surveys for the investigation of KOA. Results： A total of 1029 patients entered the result analysis. The total prevalence of KOA of Kazak and Han nationalities of Tacheng prefecture of Xinjiang was 37. 7%. Among them,the respective prevalence of KOA of Kazak and Han nationalities were 50. 5% and 27. 5% respectively（ χ2= 57. 28,P 〈 0. 01）.The prevalence of KOA of male and female was 31. 7% and 43. 4% respectively（ χ2= 14. 82,P 〈 0. 01）. With the increase of age,the prevalence of KOA of the two nations went up（ χ2= 8. 53,P 〈 0. 05）. The factors above which were associated with the degree of KIOA had the following characteristics： national differences 〉 gender differences 〉 age difference. Conclusion： The total prevalence rate of KOA of Kazak and Han nationalities of Tacheng prefecture of Xinjiang is higher. Among them,the prevalence of KOA of Kazak is higher than that of the Han nationality and the prevalence of KOA of female is higher than the male’s. With the increase of age,the prevalence of KOA of the two nations goes up. The difference is statistically significant.
