XIONG Monian's Experience on Pain Treatment of Malignant Tumor by Tonifying Qi and Cleaning Poison

导师熊墨年教授对恶性肿瘤主要治疗方法是益气清毒,治疗癌性疼痛经验丰富。临证时,根据邪性祛邪止痛、辨正虚性质以补荣止痛;辨肿瘤及病位选药;适时适量用止痛霸药;逐步祛除引起疼痛的寒湿、痰、毒、瘀,逐步纠正正虚,不追求速效,必要时可与其它中医外治法联用。

Professor XIONG Monian has lots of experiences on pain treatment of malignant tumor whose main treating idea is tonifying Qi and cleaning poison. Clinically,Professor XIONG treats cancer pain by eliminating pathogenic factors according to their characteristics,strengthening healthy Qi according to deficiency nature of vital Qi,selecting herbs by differentiation of tumor and its location,selecting overbearing herbs timely. The treatment aims to gradually dispel cold dampness,phlegm,stasis,toxin and correct deficiency of healthy Qi. Rapid pain relief is not the pursuit and other external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine can be combined if necessary.
