围绝经期月经紊乱的中医周期疗法探微

文章从西医和中医两个方面详述了月经周期形成机理和月经不调的发病机制,阐述了中医周期疗法在月经病和有月经不调症状的相关疾病的运用,说明中医周期疗法对围绝经期月经紊乱的可行性和必要性。而且对比激素替代疗法,中医周期疗法疗效显著,不良反应少,具有推广的价值。同时,文章客观评价了中医周期疗法在运用中的局限,其局限性不仅表现为可治疗疾病也表现为治疗方式。

The authors had expatiated menstrual physiology and pathology and discussed the use of menstrual cycle therapy with Chinese medicine. And then the authors researched why this therapy was effective for menstrual disorder in peri- menopausal period. However,the article not only pointed out the advantages of this therapeutic but limitations.
