摘要
目的:探讨水杨酸联合中药外敷对银屑病患者血清IL-2、IL-8、NO及肿瘤坏死因子的影响。方法:收集本院收治的寻常型银屑病患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例,对照组给予水杨酸软膏治疗,实验组给予水杨酸软膏联合中药外敷治疗,治疗4周后,对所有患者的血清IL-2、IL-8、NO、TNF-α含量及临床疗效情况进行检测。结果:1实验组患者的血清IL-2水平较高,血清IL-8水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2实验组患者的血清TNF-α水平较低(P<0.05);3实验组患者的NO、NOS水平较低(P<0.05);4实验组患者的实验组患者的总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:水杨酸联合中药外敷能够显著降低银屑病患者血清IL-8、NO、NOS及TNF-α含量,提高血清IL-2水平,提高临床疗效,对临床有指导意义。
Objective: To analyze the effect of Salicylic acid combined with external application of Chinese medicine on serum IL- 2,IL- 8,NO and tumor necrosis factor in patients with psoriasis. Methods: A total of 60 patients who were diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with unguentum acidi salicylici and the experimental group with unguentum acidi salicylici and external application of Chinese medicine. After 3 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of serum IL- 2,IL- 8,NO and tumor necrosis factor and clinical curative effect were detected in all patients. Results: After treatment,compared with control group,1the serum IL- 2 level was higher and the serum IL- 8 level lower in the experimental group and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05); 2the serum TNF- α level was lower in the experimental group( P 〈 0. 05); 3the serum NO and NOS levels were lower in the experimental group( P 〈 0. 05); 4the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Salicylic acid combined with external application of Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the serum IL- 8,NO,NOS and TNF- α contents in patients with psoriasis,increase the content of IL- 2 in serum,improve the therapeuticeffect and have a guiding significance for clinic.
