针刺夹脊穴治疗慢性支气管炎50例

50 Cases of Chronic Bronchitis Treated with Needling the Clip Ridge Cave

目的:研究针刺夹脊穴治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效,并与常规西医治疗比较。评价针刺夹脊穴对慢性支气管炎的疗效,探讨治疗慢性支气管炎的最佳治疗方案。方法:选取2014年9月—2015年9月来本院就诊的慢性支气管炎患者100例,采用随机对照的原则,将100例患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,连续治疗2周,分别于治疗前后进行肺功能测定,观察两种疗法的临床疗效并进行统计分析。结果:观察组治愈29例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%;对照组治愈20例,有效18例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。结论:针刺夹脊穴治疗慢性支气管炎效果良好。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of chronic bronchitis with needling the clip ridge cave and to assess the efficacy of lung function through needling the clip ridge cave compared with the routine western medicine treatment and then conclude the best treatment. Methods： Select the patients who came to our hospital from 2014- 09 to 2015- 09,a total of 100 patients were randomly allocated to observation group（ 50 cases） and control group（ 50 cases） by adopting the complete randomized design principles and continuously treating for 2 weeks and then adopt lung function comparison before and after the treatment. Respectively observe the clinical efficacy of the two therapies by statistical analyzing. Results： In the observation group,29 cases were cured,17 cases effective and no efficiency in 4 case,the total effective rate was 92. 00%; in the control group,20 cases were cured,18 cases effective and no efficiency in 12 cases,the total effective rate was 76. 00%. Conclusion： The efficacy of chronic bronchitis with the needling the clip ridge cave is more effective than routine western medicine treatment.
