艾灸不同时程对大鼠局部血流灌注量的影响

Effect of Moxibustion with Different Time Lengths on Local Blood Perfusion in Rats

目的:研究艾灸量效关系及其局部启动效应与机制。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为5 min艾灸组、10 min艾灸组、15 min艾灸组和5 min探头加热组、10 min探头加热组、15 min探头加热组,共6个观察组,每组10只,使用激光多普勒血流仪观察各组不同时程(0 min、5 min、10 min、15 min)穴区血流灌注量的变化。结果:艾灸组与探头加热组干预后足三里穴局部的血流灌注量均有提高,不同时程血流灌注量比较:5 min>15 min>10 min,峰值比较则为:15 min>5min>10 min,峰值出现时间与效应持续时间均与干预时间存在相关性。结论:艾灸可以影响局部血流灌注量,改善微循环状态,其效应与干预时间有关,温热刺激是艾灸取效的主要因素。

Objective： To observe the effect of moxibustion on local blood perfusion and to discuss the dose- effect relationship and the effect mechanism of moxibustion. Methods： Sixty healthy SD rats were divided into experimental groups including A1（ moxibustion for 5 min）,A2（ moxibustion for 10 min）,A3（ moxibustion for 15 min） and control groups including B1（ heating by probe for 5 min）,B2（ heating by probe for 10 min）,B3（ heating by probe for 15 min）. And then we compared blood perfusion before and after the intervention for different time lengths by laser doppler flowmeter. Results： The blood perfusion of local skin of ＂Zusanli（ ST36） ＂in each group improved and the comparison result of different groups was 5 min 〉 15 min 〉 10 min. The comparison result of peaks of different groups was 15 min 〉 5 min 〉 10 min. The time peak appearing and the duration effect were related with the time length of intervention. Conclusion： Moxibustion has effects on local blood perfusion and microcirculation status that is related with the time length of intervention. Thermal stimulation is the main factor of taking effect by moxibustion.
