增液润燥汤对干燥综合征模型鼠IL-1β、IgG表达的影响

Effect of Zengye Runzao Decoction on IL- 1β and Ig G of Sjgren Rats

目的:研究增液润燥汤对干燥综合征(SS)模型鼠颌下腺IL-1β和外周血Ig G的影响,探究该方治疗SS的机制。方法:60只BALb/c小鼠,随机法均分为:正常组,模型组,增液润燥汤低、中、高剂量组(ZYRZI、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),白芍总苷组(BSZG);免疫诱导法制备SS模型;ELISA法检测IL-1β、Ig G。结果:模型组IL-1β、Ig G比正常组升高(P<0.05);增液润燥汤各剂量组IL-1β、Ig G比模型组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:增液润燥汤能降低SS模型鼠IL-1β、Ig G水平,从而抑制炎症反应,减轻颌下腺损伤,是其治疗SS的机制之一。

Objective： To explore the mechanism of Zengye Runzao Decoction treating SS by studying its effect on IL- 1β and Ig G of Sjgren rats. Methods： A total of 60 BALB / c mice were evenly randomized into 6 groups： the blank group,the model group,three groups of Zengye Runzao Decoction,the group of total glucosides of White Paeony Capsules. The model was made by inducing autoimmunity. The levels of IL- 1β and Ig G were tested by ELISA. Results： Compared with blank group,the levels of IL- 1βand Ig G in model group increased（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of IL- 1β and Ig G in three groups of Zengye Runzao Decoction decreased compared with those of the model group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Zengye Runzao Decoction can decrease the levels of IL-1β and Ig G so that inflammatory is controlled and this is one of its mechanism for treating SS.
