抑郁症海马神经可塑性损伤机制探讨及丹栀逍遥散调控作用的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 抑郁症的发病机制是相关领域的研究热点,目前研究从传统的单胺假说逐渐转向神经可塑性假说,认为抑郁症的发生是由于神经可塑性介导的神经网络对外界刺激产生了适应性的改变。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是神经可塑性的重要调节因子,与抑郁症的发生也有密切关系。而冷休克蛋白对神经可塑性具有一定的保护作用,为抑郁症的发病机理提供了新的研究思路。本文对抑郁症的发生机制进行了新的探讨,并综述了近年有关抑郁症海马神经可塑性损伤机制的研究进展和中医药复方丹栀逍遥散治疗抑郁症的研究进展,为临床有效治疗抑郁症开辟新道路。 The pathogenesis of depression is a research hotspot. The present studies about the traditional monoamine hypothesis are gradually turning to the neural plasticity hypothesis,considering that the occurrence of depression is due to neural network of neural plasticity mediated to adaptive changes of the external stimulation. Brain- derived neurotrophic factor( BDNF) is an important regulator of neural plasticity and closely related to the occurrence of depression. The cold shock protein has a protective effect on neural plasticity,providing a new research method for the pathogenesis of depression. This article explored a new mechanism of depression and reviewed the research progress on the mechanism of the hippocampal neural plasticity in depression and the progress on study of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of depression in recent years,opening a new way for the clinical treatment of depression.
