圈养虎源大肠杆菌中氯霉素类药物耐药基因的调查 被引量:8

Investigation of Chloramphenicol Drugs Resistant Gene in E.coli Isolated from Captive Tigers

摘要 采用K—B法检测30株虎源大肠杆菌对氯霉素类药物的耐药性。根据耐药表型和耐药基因的流行情况,指导临床合理用药。结果表明:30株虎源大肠杆菌对氯霉素的耐药率为85%,对氟苯尼考的耐药率为78%。cmlA基因的阳性率为70%,floR基因的阳性率为23.3%。 K-B method was used to detect 30 tiger source Escherichia coli strains resistant to chlor- amphenicol drugs. The resistant phenotype and the prevalence of drug resistant genes could be used as guiding clinical rational drug. The results showed that the chloramphenicol resistant rate of 30 tiger source Escherichia coli strains was 85%, for fluorobenzene nicol, the resistant rate was 78%. CmlA gene positive rate was 70%, floR gene positive rate 23.3%.
