麻黄复方制剂在育肥猪中应用效果的试验研究

Effects of Chinese Ephedra Compound Preparation on Finishing Pigs

为研究麻黄复方制剂(CECP)在育肥猪中的应用效果,选取健康、体重相似的丹系大约克×美系长白二元杂交育肥猪40头,将其分为两组,即对照组和试验组,每组20头育肥猪。用猪场现行日粮直接饲喂对照组猪,在猪场现行日粮中添加0.50%CECP后,饲喂试验组猪。饲养试验期45 d。饲养试验结果:试验组猪增重显著(P>0.05)高于对照组猪;试验组猪对饲料的转化率显著(P>0.05)高于对照组。试验组育肥猪血清总蛋白含量极显著(P>0.01)高于对照组;试验组育肥猪血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿素氮含量和谷丙转氨酶活性分别极显著(P>0.01)和显著(P>0.05)低于对照组。结果表明:CECP对育肥猪的生长、饲料利用和营养生化代谢都有积极的作用。

The effects of Chinese Ephedra compound preparation （CECP） on finishing pigs were studied.Forty healthy two-way crossbred （YorkshirexLandrace）finishing pigs with the similar body weight and the same gender were randomly divided into two groups, 20 pigs in each group. The con- trol group pigs were fed basal diet, the experimental group pigs were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.50% of CECP. The feeding experiment lasted 45 d. The feeding experimental results showed that ADG and FCR of the experimental group pigs were significant higher than those of the control group pigs（P〈0.05）. TP in the experimental group pig serum was highly significant more than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. TG, TC, UN and GPT activities in the experimental group pig ser- um were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.CECP could play good roles in the growth of finishing pigs, feed utilization and nutritional and biochemical metabolism.
