摘要
针对云南永平水泄瓦场氧化铜矿嵌布粒度细,氧化程度高,精矿产品质量差的问题,对该矿采用浮选法进行选别。由于该矿石属于混合型,在浮选选别上进行了不同方案的比较,最终拟定先对硫化铜矿和氧化铜矿进行混合浮选,然后用硫化钠对氧化铜矿进行多次硫化多次捕收的选别方案,采用该方案选矿获得了良好的铜精矿指标。
According to the problem of poor quality for Fine, high degree of oxidation, concen- trate product of Wachang copper mine in Shuixie of Yongping county, Yunnan province, the mine are using flotation for separation. Because the ore belongs to mixed type, compares the different schemes in the flotation, Finally the author proposed flowsheet, that copper sulphide ore and copper oxide were mixed flotation, then ofcopper oxide ore were many vul- canized and collector using the sodium sulfide. The good copper concentrate index are ob- tained using the program processing.
