摘要
为了提高基于光散射法的粉尘浓度传感器测量精度,对传感器光散射系统进行了建模与分析,推导出对于同一粉尘颗粒,其散射光电脉冲信号分布满足对数正态分布的一般性统计规律,并推论对于同一空气动力学粒径的粉尘颗粒物群,其质量浓度测量结果会在粒径域内展宽为满足对数正态分布的多粒径分布函数。实验结果表明,该推论与实际测量结果吻合。
To improve the measurement precision of particle concentration detection method based on light scattering method,model of light scattering system for sensor was established and analysed. It can be derived from the model that the electronic pulse signal caused by particle's light scattering meets the lognormal distribution. For dust particle group with same aerodynamic diameter,it was also derived that,measurement result of quanlity concentration is multiple-particle distribution function which meets the lognormal distribution in the domain of size. Field experiment show that,the obtained conclusion is coincide with field measurement results.
