摘要
水力冲孔消突技术工艺简单,安全性高。详细阐述了水力冲孔的基本原理和工艺流程,对比分析了平煤股份八矿己15-14140工作面运输巷底抽巷采取水力冲孔消突措施前后的效果。冲孔后,煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度增大3倍以上,透气性系数增大近10倍,有效提高了巷道掘进速度,保证了矿井的安全生产。
The removing outburst technology of hydraulic flushing is simple and has high security. The paper expounded the basic principle and technological process of hydraulic flushing. Analysed outburst elimination effects before and after using hydraulic flushing in haulage roadway on Ⅵ15-14140 roadway of Pingdingshan No. 8 Coal Mine,it was proposed that gas extraction concentration increases more than 3 times after using hydraulic flushing,and permeability coefficient has increased nearly 10 times,the speed of roadway drivage was effectively improved. With the application of this method,the safety production of coal mine has been guaranteed.
