摘要 针对演马庄矿二1煤层低透气性抽采难题,基于导向槽定向水力压穿增透机理和技术工艺流程,开展导向槽定向水力压穿消突技术的现场应用试验,利用高压水将导向槽钻孔与控制孔之间煤体压穿并携带出大量煤屑,有效地实现煤层卸压和增加煤层透气性,减少钻孔工程量和预抽时间。现场试验得出,百米钻孔瓦斯流量增加了2.67倍,瓦斯抽采浓度提高了127%,预抽时间缩短20%以上,瓦斯抽采效率显著提高。 In view of the problem of gas drainage in the low permeability of Ⅱ1coal seam in Yanmazhuang Coal Mine,based on the mechanism of directional hydraulic pressure penetration in the guide groove and the technological process,field application test was carried out on directional hydraulic penetration permeability improvement technology by guided groove. The coal between guided groove hole and control hole was penetrated and took coal out by high pressure water,made the hole controlled coal loose stress and improved the coal permeability effectively,which can reduce the number of holes and the time of pre-drainage time. The in-situ experimental results show that hole flow increases by an average of 2. 67 times,the gas drainage concentration increased by 127%,and the pre-pumping time shortened by more than 20%. The gas extraction efficiency improved significantly.
