摘要 针对现代化煤矿综采工作面回撤技术的发展趋势,在陈四楼煤矿提出了有针对性的技术方案,对综采工作面"锚网支护"关键技术进行了研究,采用FLAC^(3D)模拟支护,得出合理的锚杆支护设计,并对21401工作面锚杆支护主要参数和不同锚杆长度及不同锚杆排距下的数值建模应力场进行分析,且在生产中得到了应用。最后阐述了利用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟下的锚网支护关键技术在现代化矿井综采工作面应用中的重要性。 Aiming at the developing trend of retracement technology of fully-mechanized working face in modern coal mine,targeted technical plan was put forward in Chensilou Coal Mine. Key technology of " bolting with wire mesh" technology of fully-mechanized working face was studied,using FLAC^(3D)to simulate supporting situation,reasonable design of bolt supporting was obtained. Analysed the main parameters on 21401 working face,besides,the authors also studied numerical modeling stress field in the conditions of different bolting and anchor length,and different row spacing. The technology was applied into practices. Finally,the authors elaborated the importance of key technologies for " bolting with wire mesh" on fully-mechanized working face of modern mine by using numerical simulation of FLAC^(3D).
