大倾角煤层悬移支架支柱工作阻力方案研究与实践

摘要 作为大倾角煤层首个悬移支架支护工作面,悬移支架支柱压力是顶板控制中的主要参数,制订的合理与否对确保安全生产至关重要。为此,根据该矿井地质情况、工程开采条件的特殊性,结合矿压观测与推进度、煤层厚度、瓦斯等关系,参考条件相似矿井,并经过理论计算和实际验证过程等,最终提出了悬移支架支护工作压力的参照数值,为大倾角煤层悬移支架支护提供科学依据。 As the first suspended bracket supporting working face in coal seam with large inclined angle,the suspended support pillar stress is the main parameter in the roof control,and it is important to ensure the safe production whether this parameter is reasonable.According to the particularity of the mining conditions of geology and engineering,combined with the relationship between mine pressure observation and advancing speed,thickness of coal seam,gas,by using experiences of other mines with similar conditions. Finally,reference value of work pressure for suspended bracket supporting was proposed through theoretical calculation and actual validation process etc. All this have provided the scientific basis for supporting of suspended bracket in coal seam with large inclined angle.
