Introduced the status quo of control survey of underground pipeline in Zhengzhou City,including the layout of four circles belong to second grade leveling,and the implement situation of second grade leveling measurement. Through the data processing and precision analysis of the second grade level net,it was put forward that,the second grade level net can meet the specification requirements on accuracy,which can provide reliable basis for the elevation control survey of the underground pipeline census in Zhengzhou.
